General Refund Policy
At O-Range Cybersecurity Training & Services Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality training programs and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:
Online Courses
Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no more than 20% of course content has been accessed.
Physical Training Programs
Full refund available up to 14 days before the program start date. 50% refund available up to 7 days before start.
Corporate Services
Custom refund terms outlined in service agreements. Generally, cancellations more than 30 days prior receive full refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Course access beyond 20% of content viewed
- Cancellations less than 7 days before physical training start date
- Digital downloads or materials that have been accessed
- Certification exam fees after exam scheduling
- Services already rendered or partially completed
Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise:
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems preventing access, we'll first attempt to resolve them. If unresolved, a refund may be issued.
Medical Emergencies
Documented medical emergencies preventing course completion may qualify for partial refund or credit.
Military Deployment
Active duty military personnel receiving deployment orders may receive full refund with proper documentation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support
Email info@o-rangecybersecurity.com with your purchase details and reason for refund request.
Step 2: Provide Information
Include your full name, order number, course/program name, and any supporting documentation.
Step 3: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
Step 4: Refund Processing
If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
Unresolved disputes may result in:

- Additional fees charged by payment processors
- Ineligibility for future purchases
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues amicably before disputes become necessary.
